Terms and Conditions
Booking Fee
All booking fees are non refundable. No booking will be secured without one and the date will be offered to other bridal parties. All booking fees will be deducted from the final invoice and not an upfront payment of trials.
Wedding Trials
Trials are recommended for a bride, but is not compulsory. It is at your discretion if you choose to have a trial or not, but Sandie will not be held responsible your chosen look is not achieved and no refund will be offered. All trials are held at Sandie’s home in Gloucester on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 2pm. Please allow two hours for a hair or make up trial and three hours for a hair and make up trial. Payments for this service will be on the day it is held. Trials are not held on evenings (due to needing natural light) or Sunday’s. A Saturday trial can be offered but will be an extra cost of £20 and subject to availability.
Wedding day
Saturday weddings between May – September will require a minimum booking requirement of the bride and an additional four adult party members.
Between October – April will require a minimum booking requirement of the bride and an additional three adult party members.
Friday and Sunday weddings between May – September will require a minimum booking requirement of the bride and an additional three adult party members.
Between October – April will require a minimum booking requirement of the bride and additional two adult party members.
Final balance payments are due to be paid four weeks before the wedding date. Methods of payment accepted are cash and BACS only.
Sandie will ask to take photo’s on the wedding day which she will use on social media and marketing, you have the right to refuse this.
Travel
All travel is charged at £15 per hour. Any travel under 30 minutes will be complimentary.
Cancellation
Any cancellations will incur the following costs –
- 8 weeks – 50% of the remaining balance
- 6 weeks – 75% of the remaining balance
- 4 weeks or less – 100% of the remaining balance Booking fee is non refundable
